Welcome to our charming traditional holiday villa, located just a few minutes from the beaches of Pinarello and San Ciprianu. This magnificent 6-bedroom villa offers everything you need for an unforgettable family or friends holiday.

INTERIOR
The villa welcomes you with a patio serving either the living area or the sleeping area.
The living/dining room is very spacious and allows direct access to the terrace (at the front of the villa) or to the garden and pétanque court (located at the rear of the villa).
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso and Dolce Gusto coffee machines, toaster, juicer, etc.
On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and toilet and access to terrace and pool.
Bedroom 2: Queen Size bed 160*200 with private shower room and toilet.
Bedroom 3: 2* single beds 80*200, (possibility to bring them together and form a double bed) with private shower room and toilet.
A laundry room is available with a washing machine, iron and cleaning supplies and a safe.
The upper floor serves three bedrooms:
